Kicking off a new year is often a time for many of us where deep reflection on the prior year intersects with excitement about what lies ahead.  For Ginny and I, that sentiment couldn't ring any more true.  After all, a year ago when you received the January issue of ACT news the world was still in some form of lockdown, ACT hadn't had an in-person meeting in a couple of years, and I was still several months away from joining the team.

With that, it really is amazing to look back at what transpired and changed in a relatively short period of time and how much ACT was able to accomplish through the transition.  While the rearview mirror has an excellent purpose, the windshield is much larger and opens our eyes to how much opportunity there is as we look into 2023 and beyond.  We included an article in this issue that takes a deeper and more specific look at key activities and plans and we hope you'll take a moment to review.  But, more so, we truly do wish you all an amazing 2023 and look forward to what we have planned together and navigating things we don't even know about yet.
